However, I hold that a new version of you with more freedom, authenticity and self-acceptance is emerging from the darkness of the pupa stage.
In our sessions we explore your present in a creative way, allowing intuition, symbols and archetypes to guide us deeper into healing, awareness and reflection.
Storytelling, painting and visualisation techniques can be powerful allies, supporting us to befriend and listen to untold tales within.

Soul Tender Love and Care -Self-care in Astrology
When: Saturday 24th January 2026, 11am-1pm

In this workshop we will explore what truly and deeply nourishes you with the help of your chart. Self-care can be a strange concept but my hope for this workshop is to develop your own understanding of what caring for yourself means to you.
The birth chart is a wonderful guide, uniquely yours, to give us hints and clues as to your needs and wishes. We will connect in particular with the Moon in your chart (needs/nourishment), Venus (peace, pleasures) as well as your Ceres placement (self-care, nurturing).

This is a book group with a difference, where whatever you are drawn to read gets a space to be explored and shared. Instead of everyone reading the same book, this group holds space for your own unique current favourite story. This is then held as important in your individual life journey and allowed room to be reflected on with like-minded bookworms.
In my approach as a Psychosynthesis therapist I hold the belief and intention with this group that whatever story speaks to you holds insights and messages from your Higher self to guide and support you on your Soul journey.

Life is a wonderous journey, but sometimes it can leave us feeling confused and lost. That is the time when an in depth conversation about your Natal Birth Chart can provide useful and validating information and guidance.
In these sessions we explore together your natural talents and challenges as well as your soul and evolutionary lessons in this life time. We also look at timing of major periods of change and transformation and how to use these waves of energy to the best of your ability.
These sessions can either take place over Zoom or in person.
