Shipping information
NatureConnection Art&Astrology is based in Cornwall, UK. Our tiny operation is based just few miles from Lands End, and whilst living at the edge of the World is both beautiful, inspiring and windswept – it also can result in a more interesting relationship with the postal services.
To help with this and ensure that everyone has realistic timeframes for when their unique artwork will reach its destination – we have some information below. Realistic shipping and delivery times are important as many of our customers are buying gifts – we know Birthdays | Anniversaries | Celebrations don’t wait!
Our shipping prices are based on the Royal Mail / Parcelforce Weight and Size guide.
All areas are offered two shipping options: Standard and Tracked. Tracked Shipping is preferred as delivery times provided by the postal service are more accurate. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
There are 6 posting Zones:

CoronaVirus has reportedly had no impact on the shipping / delivery service we use, however times of high traffic – such as Christmas/ Mother’s Day – may slow down the delivery times offered. We will be monitoring delivery estimations and adjust accordingly.
Order processing
- We ship from the furthest reaches of Cornwall, UK
- We prcess your order within 2-3 working days
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter / folder, or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sara@thenaturalhome.co.uk . We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been posted / shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but as each item is handmade, we may need to create a specific item if selling fast.
Shipping / delivery times
We ship artwork locally, domestically and internationally. Shipping times depend on your location. RoyalMail and Parcelforce quote expected times for delivery, but these are not guaranteed. If you need delivery by a specific (almost there) date, please consider bouncing us an email at sara@thenaturalhome.co.uk to see if we can offer alternative posting / shipping options. Please remember we operate on GMT (Greenwich Meantime) if you are in a different time zone 😊

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Conservation Jewellery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
There is also a final ‘local delivery’ option to those living in the West Cornwall area. This option will only be available upon entering a delivery address that matches that geographical remit.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 35 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sara@thenaturalhome.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
