Beltane Festival of Spring
Here in the fullness of Spring it was custom to honour the Sacred wells in Penwith which provided its people and land with water to grow and be fertile.
This tucked away corner, a short walk from Sancreed Church has a fairly land atmosphere especially in Bluebell season.
As we soak up this magical place at this special time we will play with creating little spring Mandalas on the ground. We will also draw and sketch to channel this potent time of the year into mementos to remind us of spring in the depths of winter.
TO BRING: Your favourite sketchpad, pencils/pen and something to sit on.
ABILITY: Sancreed Well is reached by a footpath and 10min walk.
